Rovang Lake
Here are the other two photos from my camera in case you do not like how you look in the first one. . . It was a sunny day... there is some squinting.
Eric, looking great.
The Rovang Obelisk - 1868
The crew: four fifth's of Drew, Karie, Eric, Joel, Erin, Frank... and one third of me.
After the run - a swim in Lake Rovang.
Post run and swim BBQ - Thank you, Joel.
A blue goose inside Joel's living quarters prepares to take off Frank's hat... or head.
I am not saying Joel eats like a horse. But... that sure is a lot of apples.
Then most everyone left. Eric and I got ready with Joel. Eric and I showered. Joel did not shower, "That's what the lake was for..."
Unlike Joel, Eric swam in the lake and took a shower. "The shower is collected rain water, so the Lake is actually cleaner." Said Joel. .
All shiny and ready to go to the church. Those are the rings in his right paw.
The Limo
Then... At the church, Gary finally arrives.
With Joel's dad, Charles.
After the wedding, the shenanigans begin!
There was two hours between the wedding and the reception so a few of us went back to Joel's. Where Jeff Allen and Eric announced their love for each other and pending engagement.
Ha, ha... No.
Then it was off to the American Legion in Ashby for the reception.
Frank and Gary, separated at birth.
Most people surveyed believed Kari had a good time.
I did not take many photos of the bride and groom because there were two professional photographers and a videographer... so those photos are somewhere.
See, Kari and Eric did have a good time. The end.
